Objection handling
Also called objections, FAQ block.
Objection handling is the block that answers the real reasons a visitor does not buy, on the page, before they leave to think it over. Usually the price, the risk, and the does-it-work doubt.
Where should you handle objections on a page?
Put the answer next to the moment the doubt appears: the guarantee by the button, the does-it-work proof under the claim, the shipping and returns near the offer. The visitor should never have to leave the page to resolve a doubt.
