These terms govern your use of the AngleScale website and the free review we provide. By using the site or requesting a review, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Growth Optimize SL ("AngleScale", "we", "us"), a company registered in Spain under NIF B23991748, with registered office at Avenida Pineda 2, 08860 Castelldefels, Barcelona, Spain. AngleScale is a brand of Growth Optimize SL. You can reach us at hello@growthlens.io.

2. What we currently offer

Right now, AngleScale provides: (a) this website and its content, and (b) a free, manually produced review of how your ads match your landing pages, delivered by email and/or recorded video. The full AngleScale product is not yet launched. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time.

3. Who can use it

The review is intended for business users (e.g. e-commerce store owners and marketers) aged 18 or over. By using the site you confirm you're using it in a business capacity and have authority to provide the information you submit.

4. The review is information, not advice

Our reviews and content are general information and suggestions to help you think about your marketing. They are not professional, legal, financial or guaranteed marketing advice. We don't promise any particular result, increase in conversions, or reduction in customer acquisition cost. Decisions you make based on a review are your own.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, to only submit a website or store you're entitled to share, and not to misuse the site — including no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The AngleScale name, logo, website, content and any review materials we produce are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal licence to use a review we send you for your own business purposes. You may not resell or publicly redistribute our materials without our permission.

7. Emails and consent

If you give us your email and tick the consent box, you agree we may send you the review you requested and, later, updates about AngleScale. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

8. Third-party links and tools

Our site uses third-party tools (such as analytics and advertising providers) and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

9. Disclaimers

The site and reviews are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any information is complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the site or a review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence). Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to €100, reflecting that the service is provided free of charge.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Barcelona, Spain have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings, or requires a different governing law, in your local courts.
